The most up-to-date directions to the car park can be found in the confirmation email after you’ve booked. However, you can also find directions and arrival information on each page about the car park on our website. Just click the “info” button on the results, or browse to the car park from the relevant airport page.

A booking confirmation is sent to you by email almost immediately (check your spam). You should have one from the supplier you booked with, with full instructions for the car park. You can print this email and use it as your parking voucher.

In most cases, unless your booking is a super saver, non-flexible or non-refundable option, you should be able to amend or cancel it up to 24 hours before the booked arrival time but a fee may apply. See our suppliers’ rules on amendments and cancellations and check with them for the most up-to-date terms and conditions.

Airport parking companies charge from midnight on a 24 hour basis. The charge made by the car park is per whole or part day, regardless of your time of arrival.
